Sweet and Prolific
by Bob, April 7, 2020

We planted this in a West facing portion of our house next to house. Of the 4 different fig varieties in our yard, this is the sweetest and most prolific. It can be trained to be in a small area, ours is 7 feet tall and 5 feet wide.

Great Container Plant!

I planted a Black Jack fig 5 or so years ago in a vinyl barrel. It bears more figs each year. It had no pests, looks great and it’s happy on our drip system! If you want a controlled fig that doesn’t over produce more than you can eat Black Jack is perfect!
