OVERVIEW
Description A superb compact, ornamental, clumping grass highly useful for smaller areas, borders and containers. Delicate yellow inflorescence emerge in early summer; tall airy panicles dance above the fine, dark green foliage, adding graceful texture and color to the landscape. Seed heads age to a wonderful golden bronze. Evergreen.

CARE
Care Thrives in evenly moist, slightly acidic soil. Water deeply, regularly during first growing season to establish an extensive root system. In colder northern regions, apply a thick layer of mulch to protect root zone in winter. Leave foliage in place until early spring, then prune by two-thirds in spring. May be divided in spring or early fall.
