Provide well drained soil. Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. Shear back by about half just after flowering to promote new growth and a dense, compact habit.

History

The candytuft flower is quite similar in shape to that of broccoli, proving they share the same family of Brassica.
