OVERVIEW
Description An excellent border plant to brighten up shady gardens with stunning sprays of pink flowers held on dense short stems above low mounds of colorful foliage. The undersides of bronze tinged leaves are reddish purple. Perfect for use in a lightly shaded rock garden or woodland setting, but also great in pots. Semi-evergreen in mild climates.

Care Provide enriched, moist, well-drained soil. Best in a bright to deep shade position, with over-story shelter in harsh climates. Water deeply, regularly during the first growing season to establish an extensive root system. May be over-wintered indoors in colder northern zones. Clumps may be divided in early spring.
