Description Deep green needles on whipcord-like branches each have a prominent silver-blue band creating a natural low groundcover with an interesting texture. A rugged, low-growing evergreen shrub for slopes, rock gardens or any well-drained, sunny location. May be trained as a bonsai specimen or into upright forms for vertical accent.
