Of the 3,600 varieties we grow, a portion will be available for sale online at any given time based upon current crop availability. If a plant is currently unavailable, we will offer you a list of suggested substitutes from which to choose.

Notification of Order
We will email you a copy of your order after it has been placed.
We will ship your plant order free of charge. There are no additional handling or processing fees. It will be shipped to the garden center of your choice. As a general matter, we will seek to ship spring orders after the last frost date. Your online plant order will be shipped with a special colorful label and sticker with your name clearly visible.
We have been providing plants that Grow Beautifully™ for 90 years and are experts on knowing when our plants are ready to leave our care and ship to garden centers across the US. Our decision on when to ship a particular plant depends on that plant's production timetable, the nursery location in which it is grown, local weather issues, and your location. In general, plants will ship after the last frost date. Please be aware that it can take up to ten weeks after you have placed your order for your plant to arrive at the garden center of your choice. We appreciate your patience and understanding with our shipping process and timeline.
We are a national grower and ship our plants across the US from our regional growing locations. Our market prices reflect our broad geographic scope and will vary by region based on our growing practices, shipping distances, and local demand.
At this time our program extends to include shipping to participating garden centers in the 48 contiguous United States.
Notification of Delivery
We will email you when your plant order has been loaded onto a truck for shipment from Monrovia. The garden center will also contact you to arrange for pick-up, home delivery or installation by the garden center. The garden center will also notify us when you receive your plant order. If we are not notified that you have received your plant order within 14 days of our shipment, we will send a second email to the garden center and to you to confirm the receipt of your plant order. From the date of shipment by us, you will have 30 business days to receive your plant order. Please note that no refunds will be honored after 30 business days from the date of shipment from us.
We guarantee all Shop.Monrovia.com plants to be high quality, true to type, and properly shipped. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your plant order you may refuse to take delivery of all or part of your order and contact us for a refund. Refunds are given for plant quality issues such as damage in shipment, pest or disease infestation, or if the wrong plant was shipped. To request a refund, please email email@example.com. In the subject line, enter Online Plant Refund and your order number and provide an explanation on why you are not satisfied. Please allow us 48 hours to get back to you. Or you may call us at (888) 752-6848. Please have your order number ready. All refund requests must be made within 30 business days from shipment by us. Your refund request will be processed immediately. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. You can check the status of your refund on the order summary page. If your refund does not appear and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.

We want to help you select the best plants for your area from our large assortment. We ask you to enter or confirm the zip code where you will be gardening so we may guide you to those plants best suited for you.
You may cancel your plant order prior to shipment for a full refund. However, once we have notified you that the plant order has shipped you may no longer cancel it for a refund.
