Description This bold landscape tree creates dense shade with its large, deeply lobed leaves. The maroon-purple foliage makes a distinctive and dramatic statement alongside green-leafed conifers. Foliage develops a reddish-bronze color in the fall. An excellent lawn or park tree. Slower growing than others of its species. Deciduous.
